Towards 1996 the Corporación
Antiguo Puerto Madero started up the second stage of the urbanization plan, to
develop the Eastern Sector.
The surface to construct had approximately 1.500.000
square meters covered with multiple noticeable modern style and constructions
for
multiple purposes.

Edificio Terrazas de PM The first residential nucleus
were constructed between 1999 and 2000, on the Eastern Side of Dam 2, of 9 floors
of height.

Towards year 2001 the stage of construction
of important sets of towers in height began. The same were contemplated in the
Master Plan of the zone. They were placed towards the East of Juana Manso Avenue.

The highest buildings are the El Faro towers,
placed in Azucena Villaflor and Calabria Av., with 46 floors and a total height
of 170 meters.
