The works includes: storm drains, potable water, natural gas, electricity in media and low voltage, public lighting, telephony, data transmission and cable television.

ACCESSIBILITY – ROAD SYSTEM
A road system designed adequate for all activities and propose uses. The internal structure was resolved with a perimeter route, a long axis parallel the structure of the docks and interior mesh perpendicular to the pond and the riverside.
